These are my favorite kind bars they’re made with caramel, almonds and sea salt.. They’re healthy and good for your heart. I am a diabetic so they are the perfect snack for me, when my sugar is running low. They’re lower in sugar higher in protein. So convenient just to put one in your purse or your pocket. At 1.4 ounces per bar but with the nuts and the caramel it’s just what you need for a great healthy snack.

Super tasty! Most “healthy” granola bars either have really bad tastes or bad ingredients, but this is really yummy and doesn’t have many artificial ingredients.

Very tasty. However, they contain chicory root fiber which is a gas producer. Maybe some people don't have problems with chicory root. If you don't, I'm happy for you. If I need a laxative I'll take one, but I don't want it lurking in a tasty snack bar. Lol

One of my favorite Kind bar flavors. Not too salty - just right.

Yummy. Good quality. I had to refrigerate them though, since they became melty.Would recommend on flavor alone.
