Going strong
Bought this for my sister in Jamaica no issues reported you know how it goes in the island, device are ALWAYS broken. Was worth every penny so far.

Chromebook working as intended
But the charger failed within the first week... Fortunately a normal fast charging USB block is sufficient to charge it up and keep it going...

Will NOT work with Verizon!
This claims to be compatible with verizons network. It is not. The model number for Verizon compatible ones is 345xdala1v. Whenever i received the laptop i tried entering the IMEI into Verizons website and it says its incompatible. I went digging around on the internet and found an IMEI from the proper model number and Verizon's site accepted it. When looking at the model number listed in the specs for this chromebook it's not listed as the proper verizon compatible model. Even though they claim it works.That being said, it did come in amazing condition. It looked practically brand new. And it was packaged very well. It's such a shame I had to return it and buy another one. So you're not planning on using it with a phone plan it would be perfect!Also, i messaged the sellers about the problem and they never responded.

Great laptop, but microphone isn't working
The microphone isn't working properly on this and I can't be heard on video calls. I know there's tech support but I'm concerned I just bought a cheap laptop and I might need to return it.Another issue is that the charging indicator light is always red. It never turns any other color to indicate that it's done being charged. But it does charge very quickly!I like that the keyboard is light colored and the key letters are dark. It's easier to see that way. It's a beautiful laptop. But it's a big deal that I have to deal with the microphone.

Cheaper then a tablet.
Product works flawlessly display isn't the best from side view so placement is key for best visual experience and does work well with Xbox Game Pass through their website is the best option.

Know what you are getting.
The computer was in fine condition and it worked great, fast...but the description claimed it was a touchscreen, which is was not unfortunately. 3 weeks to return and get a refund seems absolutely excessive. Plus being charged to have the return picked up at my house when it stated free returns. I guess it's only free to drop it off somewhere at their hub or store. and That was for a product they mistakenly described wrong on their site. I do wish I hadn't ordered it overall the hassle it has been.
