Very well made and very pleasing on the eye. Pouffe is very well made and solid, but so comfortable to sit on. Looks good anywhere in the house. Would not hesitate to buy again. Well put together, great product. What more can I say, buy one.One negative comment by a customer states that the pouffe arrived in bad condition and was damaged. Can’t understand as this is well packaged and wrapped. Mine arrived in pristine condition.

I bought 2. The one has been amazing comfortable, sturdy, doing the job as expected however the other one was not as sturdy and stopped doing the job quite early on. Became very flat and soft.The one that has lasted has been value for money.

It looks great! Good size, pretty sturdy. Love it :) Goes well with my ikea yellow/ochre cushion covers. If only the brown sofa covers I ordered weren't so purple it'd be perfect. Anyway back to the subjectObviously at this price it isn't the most amazing quality, some threads will definitely get pulled, and it's pretty hard to clean, and pretty easy to dirty. You have to be careful with it(in fact my puppy already threw it outside and pulled some threads in the 2 minutes I left it unattended!)

Very pleased with this pouffe/pod. Exactly what I was looking for, very good quality, great for resting feet up on but also strong enough to use as a stool/seat when needed. Will probably buy again in different colourway when next room decorated in Spring, that's how much I love it.My friend also ordered one after seeing mine, shes also more than happy with hers.I must also add this seller was more than helpful when after paying (but before dispatched) I asked if I could change the colour I had chosen. They replied very quickly and my new choice was the one I received, so excellent service.More than happy with this purchase.

This stool is lovely to look at colour is perfect. Not sure using it as a footstool It would stand up to the usage ie regularly putting your feet on it and if you were looking for something soft to rest your feet on this is a very hard stool. My reason for purchase was decorative so that’s why I gave it 5 Stars as it’s perfect fir my needs. Disappointed that it was in need of a wipe as it was very dusty on top and bottom so was a bit worried about wiping it but turned out fine with a dry cloth.

The product looks nice but after 6 weeks of very light use the wool frayed and split causing the outer shell to pop open. This means it's shapeless and unfit for use because any further pressure will just cause the wool to unravel further. I asked the seller for a refund and was told that as it was more than 28 days after purchase there would be no refund or replacement. I sent a reply to say that 6 weeks lifespan for this product is pretty awful and was given a £10 credit back.My suggestion.....avoid this item.

Looked nice when it arrived, it was nice and firm. We've had it over a year now and has started to loose shape and look all floppy, and it only gets used occasionally!. It won't last very long which is disappointing.
