LOVE this duvet cover. I am currently using it as a blanket without a duvet insert. I am very hot natured and flannel is a great breathable material for a blanket. I searched high and low for a flannel blanket and came up empty so I decided to try this duvet cover as a blanket. I love it. It’s heavy enough to keep me warm but light enough that I’m not sweating at night. Now that it’s getting colder I may try putting a duvet insert in it and see how it goes. If you are a cold natured person, this duvet cover will help keep you toasty warm with a nice duvet in it I’m sure. It’s really nice and soft and gets softer with each wash just like you would expect flannel fabric to do. I guess there is some ‘pilling’ but to me it’s just the normal way that flannel gets kind of broken in. I think the quality is great. I’ve washed it several times and have not noticed any shrinking and no excess pilling-beyond what you might expect from any flannel fabric. The lint trap in the dryer is no more full than if I were washing any other blanket that I own. The pictures show it stretched out across a king size mattress. It has about an inch overlay on each side on the king mattress so I’m sure it would fit a standard queen size mattress just fine. Although it’s possible if you have a deep mattress with a pillow top or something it might not have enough over hang so you might consider a king size. The photos also show a close up of the fabric after having been washed a couple of times so you can see that it seems to hold up really well. The colors are great, even better than the listing shows. Overall a great product and I’m very happy with it.

I like this duvet. No I love this duvet. I bought a second gray one as a gift. Mine is the cream & plaid color.The dye did not make me sick. The fabric had no fillers that triggered asthma. It's super soft. I wash it without detergent, because detergent causes my throat to swell & I cough.I insert a regular blanket inside and button it shut. It lies flat. It is easy to handle. I poked holes in an old blanket on all four ends. I tied the ribbons sewn to the inside of the duvet to the blanket. (With the old blanket on the inside I don't come into contact with detergent residue.)The warmth is spread evenly across and it holds the warmth. It's downright cozy in the winter. In the Florida summer it's a light spread.The ribbon ties do not come loose. They are a flexible but perfect fabric to tie and untie. I've used the duvet almost 10 months daily. The ribbons stay secure until I easily untie them. I recently, combined the duvet with the Snugglepedic bamboo covered pillow. The Sjogren's-like symptoms I had for several years stopped. I sleep the night through rather than wake with dry eyes & throat. I plan to buy yet another duvet just like the first one this fall.

This duvet is awesome. I wanted a cozy Christmasy theme for guests that are coming for Christmas and I had my eye on one from Williams Sonoma but it was $$$$. This one was half the price and it is beautiful, super soft flannel. I wish the matching shams were available but I got the plain cream flannel pillowcases instead. I’m so happy with this purchaseUpdate: the shams ARE available so I ordered them today!!! Seriously such a good deal, the set from WS was going to be $350 and this set was $70

For the money, this is a good duvet cover. The fabric is soft and seems durable after several washings. The fabric (cotton) was not pre shrunk, so the seams aren’t straight, but that’s expected at this price point.

I'm someone who has to feel the texture of things before I buy them but didn't in this case. I purchased this duvet a few years ago (feel unfelt ?) and loved the feel of it. It's held up so nicely! It washes well and doesn't get pilly. I recently bought this one for my son's room and he loves it because he doesn't like to use a sheet. This is so soft and comfy that he just uses the duvet with a feather comforter inside. I highly recommend it!

I’ve had this duvet cover for almost two years and it’s been worth every penny. It’s still going strong with minimal piling and there’s been no fading or other loss of quality over time issues.It’s kept my 12 year old comforter inside safe and it looks nice on my bed. In the winter it keeps me nice and warm but it’s also not too hot in the summer. I have the dark watch plaid and my only complaint is that it doesn’t seem to be available anymore so other people can’t enjoy it as much as I have.

Flannel is thick and soft and comfy. Fit is perfect and the corner ribbon tie-downs are long and strong and well-stitched. Very impressed with overall quality, fit, and finish. Highly recommended! Note: I also have the matching Pinzon flannel sheet set and they are also just as high quality. Very impressed with them as well.

I'm a big fan of the Pinzon products - all my sheets / pillowcases are Pinzon. So with winter arriving, i gave the duvet cover ago.It's exactly what you'd expect from high quality flannel - soft, warm, comfortable, and without major pilling.That said, if you can afford it, i absolutely recommend going up to the 190 gram heavyweight velvet flannel - that's what i use for sheets, and the softness/sheerness is fantastic for those.But, since i bought this when there was a huge discount (keep an eye on prices/colors, they fluctuate a LOT) i can't complain - probably about 80% as good for about 25% of the cost.

We absolutely love our warm duvet cover, it's incredibly soft and cozy, and is a very nice thick flannel that feels like it will last a long time. It washes up beautifully and the ties on the inside corners were a nice surprise. The buttons for the closure are nice and big; other duvets tend to have tiny buttons that pop open but these are holding very well. They button onto the inside of the cover so they are quite invisible. I was skeptical going in, but I highly recommend this!

Súper calientita y suave. Compré tamaño queen y quedó perfecta la medida. NOTA: no incluye fundas de almohada solo la funda del duvet por lo que tuve que comprar las sábanas de juego con las fundas de almohada. This is amazing! It's so soft, and the perfect weight for a duvet cover. It's nice and warm but not too heavy for summer use. I plan to use this year long and maybe order a few more colours. It's great quality
