Positives - It was a good price. Using the thicker Munbyn brand labels it prints fine. Connects to Windows 10 computer through USB Cable, just what I was looking for.Negatives - I think it was a refurb or a return based on the packaging look.It works fine if you use Munbyn brand labels. I bought cheaper labels from China on Amazon which were thinner and they didn't print as dark as the Munbyn labels. Possibly not the fault of the printer.Setup on my computers was a bit tricky as I already had a primary printer installed.Setting it up to print shipping labels off of Ebay was also tricky. I had to find and watch a YouTube video on how to do it.Adjustments to make the labels darker through Windows 10 doesn't seem to make too much of a difference. I used up about 20 labels once I figured out and set up the printer correctly. My level of knowledge of computers is Computer tech and builder...

Cute little printer that I use for my packaging labels for my small business. It takes several sizes of labels, I'm currently using round 2 inch labels. I did have a decent bit of trouble downloading the proper driver, but once I got it downloaded, it's been easy breezy ever since. Decently priced with a coupon offer.

I set up the printer in less than 5 mins. So far so good.
