Very difficult to remove old one
It works, no leaks, was able to do job myself and saved a ton of money.

Easy install. Stopped the dripping.
Took 5 minutes to install and it worked perfectly. This is a genuine Moen part also. It was well greased up as well. It does come in frustration packaging and so, its bit hard to get out.

There was an excellent YouTube video that showed exactly how to change out this cartridge. It worked fine and the cartridge is made the faucet leak free. I'm very happy with it.

little pricey for what these are
These fit perfect for our bathroom faucet.My only issue is the handles can spin 360 degrees. Round knobs this is not a huge issue.For levers it is an issue. Your turn them off with a little to much pressure and now the handles are out of position. Instead of straight across off. One handle can be facing the back of the sink!Maybe the ones I got are not correct but work? Missing a tab stop?

Well packaged.
It arrived as promised, was well packaged and was easy to install. The package was a bit difficult to open. This was for a Moen two handled kitchen faucet. This faucet was installed in 1992, and this is the second time I replaced this valve. The first time Moen gave me the replacement valve. I am well satisfied with the Moen product and the valves that last fifteen years or so. Also, I was satisfied with Moen who gave me the first replacement valve after using it for fifteen years. I, or my grandson, will most likely check out Moen when it comes time to replace the faucet.
