This is just about the cheapest motor you will find for this size new. The downside to that is there is next to no documentation on the requirements for this motor. Most other retailers will include a spec sheet or at the very least, information about what battery range is recommended and how many amps this motor will pull at full throttle with a variety of propellers. That information does not exist and the battery range leaves the cell count fairly ambiguous as well as the current requirements for a speed controller. In addition to that, these motors come with bullet nuts instead of the standard locking nut. The lack of a locking nut means that you are much more likely to lose a propeller as a result of the nut coming loose as well as not being able to tighten sufficiently on a thinner propeller hub. Overall, I would not recommend these motors for drone use, but they may be useful for other purposes that are less demanding.
