I was having hot flashes and I read that red clover tea works for hot flashes and period cramps. I really trust this brand for having quality product. Well my internal inferno is now extinguished thanks to this tea. It is high quality and I do not need to even add a sweetener since the taste is fine.

I drink a cup of Moringa every day, it is a superfood that is just wonderful for you. I love spearmint tea, I prefer it to peppermint. This has a strong flavor, the sage adds a little extra. I like Traditional Medicinals tea, it is good quality. And this was a good price for under $7.

What I liked about the product is the taste was good and if you like tea , helps with skin health as well with menopause symptoms.Also reduce bone loss and I can go on but the benefits of the red clover tea will get a thumbs up
