I just purchased this book for the third time. I gave my first copy to my son, second copy to my nephew. Maybe I’ll keep this copy unless my other nephew wants it. If he does, I’ll buy it again. I picked this book up on sale to learn more about playing and improving my chess playing. I picked up some great points and will be using them as I play new games. I recommend this book to any chess player, but specifically to new and intermediate players.

The most useful book on chess I have read. I have hardly ever won at chess with just a rudimentary understanding of the game. I saw the Queen's Gambit on Netflix twice and got this book. I am hardly into it and I choosing opening moves and strategies, inclufing the Queen's Gambit. Going slow and repeating concepts until I at least understand them. This is a dream come true.
