The overall material is good, but the skirt is elastic and pleated in the back. I was expecting a pencil skirt like in the photo but did not get one. Overall not bad I just need to get the skirt sized correctly

I recently received the Women's Lapel Collar Long Sleeve Blazer and Split High Waisted Mini Skirt Suit Set, and I have some mixed feelings about it.Starting with the skirt, I found it to be a bit bulky and the elastic stretchy band on the waist didn't sit quite right, which affected the overall fit and appearance. It didn't flatter my waist as I had hoped, and I found it to be a bit awkward.As for the blazer, it featured shoulder pads that gave the top a bulky look and made my shoulders appear broader than desired. This took away from the overall sleekness I was hoping for with this set.On the positive side, the lapel collar and long sleeves of the blazer added a touch of sophistication to the outfit, and the split high waisted design of the skirt added a trendy element.Overall, I would rate this set a 3 out of 5. While it has some stylish elements, the bulky skirt and broadening effect of the shoulder pads were a downside for me. However, personal preferences may vary, so it's important to consider individual body types and style preferences when deciding on this set.

I followed the size chart provided, but it’s not very accurate or the fit is tricky so it doesn’t matter!She’s 5’9”, 145 lbs, 34A/B & usually wears size Med or Large & 8/10.I ordered a size Large & the fit is mixed:~ the jacket isn’t buttoned in any of the listing pics & now I know why! It flops open weirdly when it is.~ the sleeve length is long - even on my tall daughter - & they show that way on the listing pics, too.~ the skirt sizing is generous & might be because the back is elastic. Really? A cropped jacket & you have to see an elastic band across the back? C’mon.~ the fabric is somewhat stretchy & not soft.~ the Pink color choice is very Bazooka bubble gum or Barbie pink!This suit makes me wonder where to wear it - it’s a bit short for a professional dress code & it’s a bit suit-like for a casual outfit.It’s also currently priced at $54 which is high for C quality construction & tricky sizing.**Thank you for reading this review & I hope that it’s Helpful!** 😊

…was an April fools joke. As it is, 1 star for whatever pin/tape/photoshop wizardry in the listing pix make this look appealing to buy and wear. Another for being on try before you buy, so I didn’t have to spend my money then wait days to week (depending if the return process goes smoothly or ups or the Amazon app screws up something so I basically have to work for my money- w willfully obtuse cs ppl - a second time, to get it refunded).No stars for cheap plasticity material, strange cut/proportions, middling construction and baffling diaper esque thick elastic band at back of waist. The pattern/construction was strange - fit in some places, trash bag like in others, and just odd/haphazard. I’ve the luck of being sample sized/shaped, I’m not sure what build this piece would fit and flatter. Oh and several inches gap btwn jacket and skirt, even pulling up skirt to highest waist point short of utterly ridiculous. I seem to be in the minority here, maybe it’s that I’m old enough to remember when that was a frumpy style that spoiled many otherwise great vintage finds. I don’t understand the craze. Newsflash: if your rear doesn’t appear to share kardashian genetics in natural or low waist styles, a higher cut is, yes, less slimming, but not going to provide the illusion that seems to be behind (as it were) this over saturated trend.Yes, I’m old and cranky. Ish. I recall when Amazon was a bookstore. But I’d settle for when you could rely on your purchase resembling the listing photos/description, and almost every return or customer service need wasn’t marred by app glitches or customer service that feels scripted by Orwell. If you’re not familiar, plug it in your search bar. One thing this is still reliably great for is used book bargains.)

The skirt is super weird. It has a huge, bulky elastic around the waist. The skirt does not stretch whatsoever so it looks terrible on me. I am very curvy with a big butt. I usually wear a size large which is what I ordered, but this skirt looks terrible. Now, the blazer looks good though, but only worn open. If I button it, it looks super weird. I wore it open with a white tank top and a really nice pair of pants and I received many compliments.
