Works on 2006 TTR90
Got it for my son's 2006 TRR90, I am getting this bike running, it didn't have a baffle. Along with some packing, the bike sounds and runs better. I seen reviews about falling off, mine fits tight inside exhaust, but i still put on a split washer to ensure it stays pur

Nice part!
Well made, fit the diameter perfectly. I reversed the locking bolt to apply pressure from the inside, so I didn’t have to drill the exhaust pipe.

Cheaply made and sounds terrible. I had it installed for about 20 seconds.

Bought a muffler and thought it was a bit too loud installed this and now it sounds perfect for my taste

+ GP Exhaust
Paired this with my Indian Bobber GP exhaust and it is exactly what I was looking for, it toned down the GP just enough to not need ear plugs but loud enough for people to hear you. Tip: slide these (42mm) in the back side of the GP and its fits perfectly with no need to tighten the bolts, just tap in with a hammer.

Fits fine, but didn't quiet muffler on my CRF250X.
Previous owner removed factory baffle on my CRF250X. Pipe was so loud I had to wear ear plugs. With this installed, bike was maybe 5% quieter, but no where near as quiet as a baffle should have made it. Still way too loud.

Didn't work for me
It baffled fine but the set screw didn't work and it flew out on my way to work. May have been my exhaust.

A bit small but do the job.
So I ordered these for a 2005 Honda cbr 600rr toce exhaust and they fit with a little adjustment. I ordered some baffle material to help quite it down more and it did the job. For the price it’s not bad.. I would recommend these.
