Just the part I needed and it's made better then the original.

Saved the day and was exactly what I needed to get my pump back up and running with minimal effort and waste! - I wish it was a bit cheaper, but that's the way everything is nowadays.

Easily fitted on the old sand filter. Started the pool pump and worked. The only problem was the pressure gauge was leaking, but once I removed the gauge put never tape on it worked like a champ. I would buy again.

Works as it should.

This is a perfect replacement for my filtration system.

I was so excited to get this to replace the one on my current pump. I received it and immediately exchanged it for the old one. Well I thought it was working great until a week later my pool started to get a green tint. I went to backwash the pump and nothing happened. No water came out at all. Same thing happened with rinse. Because I was curious, I put it back to filter and it acted like it was backwash.Yucky at first then cleaned out. I have a suspicion that the filter mode is actually backwashing into the pool because now my pool is totally dark green headed to black. Had no way to filter the pool water so I shut the pool down in the hottest part of the summer because I refuse to pay another 100.00 for another one. So disappointed.
