They are the perfect size for the area I needed. I did want a lid for one of them as I like my trash covered for my dog. I did find a 16x16 access panel that you'd normally use in a wall that works! I plan to paint them all to match my kitchen anyway! I recommend these trash cans. Bought these to place over plants during cold nights. They are made of thick plastic and are heavier than they look. I bought four and am using them now. I ordered two more.

I drilled holes in the bottom and used these for all my big plants. Much better for larger plants and cheaper than large plant pots. Excellent purchase.

After much searching, I discovered these waste containers which we will use for plastic and glass recyclables for our country house. The square design will fit neatly against the wall and the color is unobtrusive. The containers are big enough to cut down on trips to our town dump, especially because there are two.

I love the shape and the height is perfect, but it's too wide to fit in the space under my kitchen counter between my cabinets. I should have measured. Could it be made just 2.5 inches narrower so it would fit my space?
