fair price, easy to fit, looks goodI've fitted it on a mountain bike as i did not want to bend so much, this has definitely helped me get a bit more straight, not as much as i like but better than before. Can feel the physics of handling & movement has changed & its taking me a bit of time getting used to the new posture.Overall, quite pleased with it all, arrived very quick, was a quick and east fit, the one i received has a logo "wake", i may just paint it black in time although it really doesn't matter.My handlebar now has a more prominent tilt towards me due to this extension, which i don't particularly like, but its due to the design of the bike frame.Can recommend, nice stem riser, only used 3 days now so don't know if it will survive the times. If it does decide to break or cause issues, i'll update this review

I like mountain bikes & hybrids because of their general utility, but the riding position has never really suited me. Like many of us, I don't ride mountains and spend much of my time seated in the saddle on flat surfaces, rather than jockeying over boulders. The tradition position of having the handles bars level with or lower than the saddle is uncomforatble for me, being 6"2 and heavy. Lots of pressure on the wrists and into the shoulders.Anyway, this solves that. Light but sturdy, it was easy to fit and it lifts the handle bars by 2-3 inches - makes a massive difference to my comfort. The ride isn't compromised as far as my on road use goes. Well worth it.

Bought for a childrens bike (Frog) where the seat raises plenty but the low bars meant a poor riding position.These should get a further summer on the existing bike and then can jump to a bigger bike than would be able to if we upsized this year.Seems sturdy enough with no play. The alan key bolts are a size smaller than those that connect the stem to the bars - not necessarily a problem and I don't know if other makes are any bigger but they could have been a little bit more beefy I felt hence 4 stars.

I recently bought a new saddle for my bike which made where I was seated much higher than the stock saddle had me placed, even at max height with the handle bar stem I was kind of crouched over which on a long ride just simply is not comfortable. I bought this to add a little more height and could not be happier with the out come, its super easy to install, with just an Allen key set needed to put it on. Everything slotted on easily and quickly and I took my bike on the street and was immediately loving how much higher and more comfortable my position was when in the saddle. I commute to work so have a little under an hour each way to go so being comfortable is a must and honestly for such a little amount of money this has truly upgraded my riding experience on a day to day basis.

Very good quality stem riser. I bought 3 and they have held up great. Not tried it off road so be very careful if you plan to use these for mountain biking.*UPDATE* Having used this stem riser now for almost a year I can say it is a quality item with good strength, if you install it correctly. I have taken my nike offroad, going downhill at speeds upto 18mph and its held up brilliantly. No jumping but rolling down is fine. Well worth the money. Just make sure you use the spacers provided to avoid any leverage stress on the riser tube.

Does the job although not had chance for a proper test ride yet all appears ok upto now. But be warned the mounting hardware appears to made from chineisium metal, slightly rounded off 1 of the bolts whilst installing. And the long bolt going down the steered tube to compress the stem to forks came with a little bend in it, so felt like I was cross threading at first until I worked it out. Apart from that for the money paid seems to be ok and will do the job.

This has helped me sit more upright, which is the position I prefer when riding - I am not a Lycra racer. It is easy to install and comes with all the parts required including small spacers to get the height just right. There is a top cap and cover for the bolt head. Seems good quality and I have had no problems so far after 6 months.

Excellent, il a changé radicalement ma position sur le VTT, c'est beaucoup plus confortable pour les cervicales et le dos maintenant.Esthétiquement il est très bien, il est facile à poser. Tout est fourni avec même le petit cache, le couvercle est plus beau que celui d'origine.Par contre c'est de l'aluminium donc au niveau du serrage si on y va trop fort ça casse.J'ai abimé une des vis en serrant trop fort, j'aurais dû utiliser une clef dynamométrique comme c'est recommandé et comme le font les professionnels.j'ai retirer une étoile pour la solidité mais c'est vraiment de ma faute.

Siete piuttosto alti e parecchio stanchi di sembrare più gobbi di Coppi in bici mentre scala il Pordoi? Bene con questo prodotto potete guadagnare in altezza qualche prezioso centimetro per il vostro manubrio. Magari perderete in aerodinamicità e spinta propulsiva, ma metti che non dovesse essere vostra intenzione partecipare alla prossima edizione del giro d'Italia con questo attacco guadagnerete quei cm utili a mantenere una postura più comoda e godervi la vostra passeggiata in bici. Non mi sono ancora buttato giù per una montagna partecipando a qualche feroce gara di downhill, ma per ora le sollecitazioni urbane e su qualche breve sterrato non hanno spaccato nè crepato questo adattatore. Il colore è nero opaco che sfina e va bene su tutto.
