I've been searching for a brief case for a long time. This one is well made, has good division of space, and is attractive. I wanted a distressed look, because it is less likely to show scratches. I also like the "rugged" look. The price is great for such workmanship.It is also big enough to allow a large laptop computer (17 in wide). Great item!

I bought this bag because I’m a freelance interpreter and a law student, which means I’m gone every day from dawn until pretty late at night, so I want to carry basically everything I own. I wanted a big, comfy, bulletproof bag (it might literally be bulletproof, I’ll get to that in a minute) and boy did this one deliver.Size: Enormous. I sent a picture of me with it to my boyfriend and he was like ‘you planning a murder’? But in all serious, what you see there is my workout clothes including shoes, some random stuff I bought at Walgreens, my laptop, a water bottle, some school docs, my 1.5 inch wide portfolio, my wallet and all sorts of sundries. I still had room for my lunch, which wasn’t all that stable as Chinese takeout (usually a recipe for in-bag apocalypse) but because this bag is super stable (stands up on its own, all structure) it didn’t even tip.Durability: I think this bag could take a bullet for me. It is solidly constructed; I’m positive it will last forever. The lining is canvas and so well stitched, the hardware is serious business, and the leather is tough. None of that girly rayon stuff on the inside, ladies, where it gets holes for days and you realize all your missing lipglosses are in between the lining and the leather of your purse. Five stars for being well made.Looks: like it eats sharks for breakfast. Honestly I was looking for something prettier but I’m a future lady lawyer so sharks for breakfast might be a better look than Breakfast at Tiffany’s anyway, whatever my heart may feel about the relative merits of shiny, dainty, and maroon. It is a manly tough bag, that’s for sure. The color is neat; lighter than I expected and my roommate called it fashionable cognac. I don’t know about leather fashions (I’m a vegetarian so I feel guilty I even bought it) but I take her word for it that this is the latest in leather couture. And I also know that no ladies’ bag is built this well.Overall, awesome purchase. I don’t review things but I felt moved by the amazing next level ish that this bag affords, and it is literally already changing my life.

So far, a really nice laptop bag. Quality is great, it feels nice, and expensive. It looks professional. Strap length is great and adjustable. The different sections for organization are great!Definitely recommend.

It will Fit any size Laptop, it will fit 4 Laptops, there are Lots of inside Pockets which was Surprising to Me , I bought the Bigger version as a overnight bag , or something just for Vacations to fit Everything I need , The Material is Tough and appears to be Leather, it does have two large zipper Compartments , a strong carrying handle , I haven't tried the leather shoulder strap yet, but it seems to be a Pretty Solid Bag so far , I spent 2 weeks on Amazon looking for the best one for my budget

My old laptop bag--a nylon one that I paid $40 for--lasted about two years until it started to fall apart. I recently started a new job managing offices in seven counties, and need to carry my laptop and lots of files with me every day, so I wanted a really nice sturdy bag. I bought this one based on the reviews--coupled with the incredible price--and am 150% satisfied. This bag easily holds my padfolio, several file folders, laptop, keyboard, mouse, power cord, phone charger, keys for seven offices, two security badges, and a couple of small tablets. The bag looks great and I've gotten several compliments on it, and have been told that it looks like a bag that should cost a few hundred dollars. A huge plus is that this bag stands up when you put it down. The leather 'broke in' very nicely, and it very soft and supple and smells great! It has gotten wet in the rain but it didn't let any marks behind. I would have preferred snap buckles rather than the 'belt' style, but they are easy to work. There are a few dark marks where the brass buckles are rubbing against the leather, but that just adds character. The bag did have a very strong smell for the first few weeks--I think it was the lining. The bag came with all of the brass pieces wrapped, and it was in a cloth bag and had a letter from the owner of the company. I'd be thrilled if this bag lasts two years, but have a feeling it will last much longer than that. When it is time to replace it, I will buy the exact same one.

I'm a college junior and I bought this bag as a going back to school present for myself. I have used this bag for a whole semester now. Let's start with the pros:-very stylish and unique. this is a gorgeous bag. I've gotten lots of compliments.-Incredibly durable. I have hauled 15+ pounds worth of school stuff with this bag regularly. It hasn't ripped anywhere. I think I may have stretched the strap out a little, though.-This size bag is very roomy. I can carry my 13" Macbook Pro in a protective sleeve with ample room for a sketchbook and 2-3 textbooks.Cons:-The buckle on the shoulder strap has failed on me several times now; resulting in my bag, and everything in it, falling to the ground. This has been mentioned in other reviews and it is the main reason that I can't give it 5 stars. I mean, it's NOT a deal breaker because it doesn't happen very often; but you, as a buyer, should know about it.-Smells bad when you first get it. Like leather mixed with barnyard (but it disappears eventually). I recommend placing dryer sheets in your bad to combat the problem.Overall I would recommend this product to a friend.
