I’ve been using moissanite jewelry for over 3.5 years, so I’m quite familiar with its usual brilliance and sparkle. Unfortunately, the earrings I received did not meet my expectations at all. They appeared dull and lacked the luster typical of moissanite. They only shine when exposed to direct mobile light, otherwise they look very similar to cubic zirconia.This has led me to believe I may have received a used or returned item, which is very disappointing. When customers are paying for moissanite, they deserve high-quality stones as advertised.I’m kindly requesting either a replacement with a better-quality pair or a full refund.Please note, this is not meant to be negative or offensive to anyone—it's just my honest opinion based on my experience. Genuine Review: I have wanted to invest in a pair of diamond earrings, but until I make the splurge wanted a cheaper alternative. They arrived well packaged and look very pretty on. I compared them to a pair of Swarovski earrings that I own, and they are more sparkly. I haven't had an opportunity to test the stones to understand if they are genuine Moissanite or glass, but happy with the purchase nonetheless. I purchased these earrings from Amazon in UAE.
