I love that these are in soft gel form and are easy to swallow. It's worth noting that you only have to take one which is great for me because I take enough pills as it is. I do wish the dosage was higher because I would prefer 400 mg is supposed to 200 mg. But, I appreciate that this is a simple and straightforward formula with one ingredient. Having to double it for the dosage that I want does make it less cost-effective and I don't find that these are different or special enough via how they affect my body to warrant switching brands.

It's hard to rate the effectiveness of a supplement, especially since I use this as more of a preventative supplement to help keep me healthy. But it seems to be doing it's job.It comes as a softgel "pill" in the shape of an oval. They do tend to stick to each other as well as other pills though but they separate easily.
