I used the JAM Linen on two card, so far, and I like it a lot. It is heavier (thicker) than the Avery, but even though it has a visible grain, its appearance is more matte than textured. Also the color is more an off white, or vanilla than a bright white, which is the case with the Avery Textured. Bottom line, I think the Jam Linen produced a high quality looking card. Graphics and text looked really good and all & all I was very happy with the results. It is, however, not a substitute for the Avery Textured, (which is as far as I know is the only show in town) if you want a true textured look and feel for your card. One thing that should be noted is the JAM linen is not creased in the middle for easy folding like Avery Half Fold card stock, so you need to be precise when folding it and the fold will not be as crisp as that with the Avery.I do like this card stock better than Avery’s Heavy Weight Matte White Greeting Cards and I will probably use it instead when I don’t want or need a white surface. It’s a little lighter in weight, but I think it has a better, richer, and professional finished look.

Absolutely lovely paper! I used it for my wedding invitations. The amount of texture is just enough. It's very pretty and visible, yet when I had it printed on, the ink applied smoothly and evenly.Also, the thickness of this paper is perfect. Highly recommend for wedding purposes!

Excellent weight, texture. Prints beautifully on high quality ink jet printer. Good value. I use these to print custom cards for our office: Thank You's, Birthdays, Welcome. We get excellent feedback on the cards. Buy compatible envelopes and you can save a significant amount of money compared to Avery products.

Excellent color - Very modest texture: not just plain, but not overwhelming

I used this paper to print programs and menus for my wedding. The paper weight was perfect and I was able to print the menus using a standard laser printer. The paper has some texture which gave the finished product an elegant feel.

This heavy linen paper (80 lb) is a great quality stock that I've used for brochures. The turnaround time from purchase has been excellent. Searched around quite a bit before finding 'JAM' ... communication (customer service) was not most helpful, but chanced it and found the product to be exemplary.
