KATUR5 3/4" Black Aluminum Headlight Grill Cover For 2004-2014 Harley Sportster XL 883 1200

Had to pack out with foam to fit to 48 Sportster. Looks good though.

I managed to doit really easy and in a few min However, there are videos suggesting to lift the tank 🤦‍♂️, but in the end i managed to squeeze my fingers and unplug the cable that you need in order to take of the headlight in full. So, is not trully easy install, but if you give it a go like i did you might find it easy, but maybe youll need to lift the tank. But looks awesome when done 😎

Sturdy design that fit well to my bike.

Most instruction videos on YT advise removing the tank and disconnecting the light loom but in fact if your head lamp housing is the same as my Harley davidson sportster 48 then it's not too difficult to just removing the front glass then take the screw bezel to your headlamp housing, place it slightly over one edge then squeeze the opposite side of your headlamp housing. Do this back and forth and it will go on as the housing is just flexible enough for this. Then just refit the glass and screw on the front nice n straight.

Good quality

The headlamp grill is heavy and well made. Really easy to fit too. After disconnecting the wires, it screwed straight on to the light and 3/4 months later it has never come lose. Makes bike look like a beast. If your wondering if it will fit your make / model, mine is the HD 48 2018

Fit my stock headlight Harley 48 perfect looks good. Take ring off the stock light then the new ring goes on from the back and front grill screws on. Easy

Prodotto che ha superato le aspettative.Bello, robusto e rifinito.Il prodotto è arrivato nei tempi previsti.Si presenta in una scatola bianca ammaccata e inbustato superficialmente...ma tutto ciò non crea problemi perché il coprifaro è bello robusto e spesso, difficile da intaccare.Nero lucido e rifinito.Per montarlo su sportster iron 2015:•con quadro acceso scollegare mega fusibile alloggiato vicino batteria.•svitare attacco anteriore e posteriore per sollevare di qualche cm il serbatoio benzina.•svitare cover in plastica lato sx retro manubrio dove passano i cavi.•individuare cavo faro e staccarlo con la sua clip.•sollevare tappo soprafaro e svitare il bullone faro.•con il proiettore in mano far passare allinterno del cerchio coprifaro il cavo e applicare il coprifaro a righe sul davanti. Avvitare adesso le due parti in maniera decisa.•rimontare il tutto.LO CONSIGLIEREI: assolutamente si, il prodotto calza a pennello, stabile, resistente e robusto. Bello da vedere.LO RICOMPREREI: certamente.
