The cushion came relatively quickly despite being custom made. It's nice and thick and feels good when sitting on it. We used it as our doggy bed cushion and it's holding up to the abuse.

Really surprised at the high quality of this cushion. Very happy that this fusion is so comfortable and beautiful. Color was exactly as expected and nice quality fabric. Fit our bench seat as expected. So much nicer than similar products we looked at in stores. My granddaughters love it too!

I'm writing this for the other customers who were a little dubious about ordering custom cushions on Amazon. First of all, they arrived quicker than if I'd ordered them locally. (It's taken me up to 8 weeks locally and these literally took less than 3). They were packed very well and blew up to normal size after opening the air-sucked packaging. My first observation was that it was a little tough to get the cushions into the case. I feel like they are slightly larger than the fabric casing, to be honest. One of them bows out slightly due to the size being slightly large. However, once all three were zipped up they look very nice on my window seat. You can't beat the price for custom cushions but two words of advice: measure them and then take off a tiny bit. I sent the exact measurements and it's a tight fit (but still works). My measurements didn't allow for the extra width of the fabric. Also, the online color was slightly darker than what I received (I ordered cream and these are almost white). All that said, they are a great value and really look just like the expensive custom cushions I've had made in the past. I'd definitely order again

Exactly what I wanted. Good quality. No smell. Comes compact and then fluffs up!

It took over a month to be delivered, and once it did, the packaging was INSANE. COMPLETELY covered in packaging tape, and then the product turned out to not be assembled. They are CUSHIONS, so I assumed they'd be assembled, but they weren't. The packaging they arrived in took up an entire LARGE trash bag of plastic. Then I had to stuff the cushions myself. Mind you, these are not throw pillows. They are not dining room seat cushions. They are window seat cushions. This was a monumental task. Much exertion, a strained back, a stuck zipper, and about 500 calories went into getting these on my window....but they look ok. Just be prepared for a long wait and self assembly. Get an extra body if you know it's going to be a big cushion or bed. You're welcome.

The firmness and color was just what I was looking for with this custom cushion. Even though I rated it a five, one small issue was noted. The stitching at the end of the zipper was unraveling when the cover was slipped on the foam cushion, but because I sew this was a quick fix.
