Modway EEI-2717-NAT Marina Premium Grade A Teak Wood Outdoor Patio, 72" Dining Table, Natural

This table is terrible. It arrived damp, musty smelling (not like normal Teak), very dirty and stained. One of the framing boards on the table top is warped. Parts of the table top and the legs have cracks. There were small bugs on the table when I took it out of the box. The height dimension listed in the description is wrong. This table is 30.5” tall. One of the hole for screwing in a table leg is off by a bit. Another whole for screwing in a table leg wasn’t drilled deep enough. The table top slats are uneven in places. I’m not a teak expert, but this does not seem like grade A teak as the description says. Waited 2 and a half weeks to get this, and now it will be returned.

We ordered two of these in the 60" length (each) for our outdoor space so we could seat ten people. The construction is so precise that when we put them together, they aligned perfectly, appearing as one table - which is what our vision was for this space. The tables were well packaged and easy to put together. The bolts all fit nicely and the legs are flush with the body of the table. We highly recommend these tables!

This chair looks great, but it fails totally on the quality of engineering and part construction. I do woodworking and have assembled dozens of Chinese furniture in boxes so i am not a novice at rendering my opinion.The screw holes do not properly align (see photo) and this results in preventing the screw from being totally seated in the required hole. This results in a chair that wobbles and I suspect will eventually fail over time and collapse. And other screw holes are also not 100% properly aligned resulting in gaps of connecting parts (see photo). There appear to be metal inserts in the female side of the connecting part, so it will be difficult to repair by re-drilling. I may try to repair to strengthen it but this will likely result in drilling new holes in the parts which will definitely cheapen the appearance and make it quite unattractive.I would totally avoid this item unless you have the time, tools and expertise to rebuild the connecting parts. I would return this to Amazon if it was not already assembled. if it cannot be repaired without destroying the appearance, I will just give to Goodwill and think twice before ordering Chinese furniture from Amazon.

Also bought Blue Oak sofa, chairs and ottomans that are comfortable and so far seem to be well constructed and look great with the teak and new 8x10 carpet on the patio but stay away from Blue Oak Outdoor Bahamas Patio Furniture Aluminum Chat Table, it is garbage, piece of k*r%a!p. Paper thin extrusions, literally came apart upon assembly. Would give 0 stars if available choice. Amazon took return with no problems. Bought the Modway Marina teak end tables and dining table instead. Read some reviews about cracking but discovered no real issues upon delivery. Cut down the legs to coffee table height to be able to just fit the ottomans under and gave everything a coat of teak oil. Time will tell how they hold up in AZ.

chair came with broken arm. Contacting modway was not much luck. 1st contact attemp they hung up on me. 2nd was somewhat better luck- nobody hung up. they ask for my order details- I had already stated from begining I bought this on amazon. After finishing was told oh...contact customer service by email...well so was I talking to? it was their customer service. Basically expect run around. It is a nice teak chair but do not expect it to be without problems and do not expect modway to take care of this...BTW I called modway the same day the chair arrived...they never asked of purchase date- apparently their warranty is to just give you the run around until you give up. best to avoid this one

I rarely go out of my way to review purchases. It's overkill most times and hard to tell when people are paid to do so. I can assure you I'm not getting paid receiving a kickback. We purchased these as extra seats for our teak outdoor dining table. We usually have enough seats for dining guest but will have friends drop in and instead of stadium chair these are gorgeous, well built solid teak chairs. Buy them! You won't be disappointed. One note: These chairs do fold. They just don't lay flat for storage.

Inexpensive alternative to other similar teak chairs. Solid and heavy. Not super great quality with loose fittings that needed to be tightened and somewhat weak hardware for the weight. However given that these chairs are about 1/3 the price of others. I watched for the reduced price and bought one slightly damaged at a super low price which worked out fine. The wood aged nicely. Turned silver grey. Easy to fold and unfold. I started with one and ended up buying 3 more over time.

This chair never should have passed QC. Screws and drilled holes did not match up. One broken back slat. Fully assembled, one side of the chair was gapped away from the rest about a half inch. Further, the orientation of the back of the chair is rigid straight up and down, not slightly reclined like in product photo. Would be super uncomfortable to sit on for more than a few minutes. Wood itself is gorgeous and chair was overall very attractive - in theory, at least. Had planned to buy full set of chairs + the large table, but now shopping products from a different manufacturer.
