I think the chairs are great. The stain had some minor imperfections, but very minor, so not much of an issue. They are easy to assemble, look great and feel pretty sturdy. I can easily recommend them.

These seem like good chairs... cannot tell because There was NO HARDWARE included in this entire shipment. Seriously?----(updated review) - 3 weeks later from the initial review:Ok, received replacement chairs really fast. The return took a while. The new/replacement chairs are 100% perfect. NO complaints. Thank you, Amazon for making this right. These solid wood chairs are a perfect compliment to my dining room chairs. Great quality.

We have been very pleased with these chairs. They went together easily, and don't wobble. They are sturdy and should last a long time. I feel they were a good investment at a great price.

I bought these chairs to replace old dining chairs which were from Ashley as well. They go very will with the table, and good construction and design. These will last forever.

Chairs are nice, very sturdy, work well for us. Easy to assemble. 2 of the chairs had damage to them and we received replacements very quickly. Company was quick to respond and replace the broken chairs. 4 stars instead of 5 only because 2 of the chairs came damaged and some have slight imperfections.

Well built. Very sturdy. Very cheap compared to others like Sams club or RC Willeys.6/2020. Still holding up well after 6 months. Haven't loosen up joints or dried out.

We bought this entire Ashley kitchen set in a local store then decide to add two chairs and bought them through amazon. The first pair we received had damage to both chair backs. Packing these back up for return was a huge pain because the box quality was bad. They didn't have any more so I had to get a refund. Two months later we bought another set. When they arrived one had back damage again, almost in the same location, and another damaged area that prevented it from being put together safely. I wasted an hour chatting with Amazon only to finally be told that I needed to contact Ashley...an hour. After several attempts to reach a lady at Ashley I gave up. The plant has serious quality control issues so what you get will be a gamble.
