QUALITY
Love this faucet. Pricey but you get what you pay for. It definitely gives our sink with the distressed vanity a WOW factor. One thing I didn't expect though was that it does hold water stains. Wish that weren't so.

Love Kohler but Openbox means Missing Pieces
Bought this as a open box-used like new. Unfortunately it was missing ever small screw, washer, or nut that the set needed. Now, I know why a $450 faucet was $254. I called Kohler and Kohler was amazing. They expressed shipped me every missing piece and there was zero charge. Love Kohler!!

Beautiful faucet!
This is a beautiful substantial faucet. The Vibrant French Gold is a nice soft color. Less harsh than brass, but goes perfectly with other brass pieces in our powder room. It is well made- recommended by our contractor/plumber. The price is high, but if it lasts for years like I'm expecting it to, it is worth it.

Fit and finish are excellent, but the aerator is a problem
Fit and finish are excellent, but the aerator is a problem. Actually, it isn't an aerator since it doesn't introduce any air into the stream. As a result, the water flows out in an underpowered slow but steady stream - usually in five or six separate little streams, to be accurate. Called Kohler about it and they said they would send me a new aerator. Since it never arrived, I can't really say if that would cure the problem. Oh well, it was only $425+, so what can a guy expect? Adequacy?
