I have had a Max kit with 3 tools for many years. The trigger was worn so I bought this new version with 6 attachments.Now I can remove a few tools from my RVMy neighbor saw it and got one too for his boat

As someone who has owned various power drill/drivers and impact drill/drivers over the years, this kit has completely changed the game.What truly sets this combo kit apart is the sheer convenience of having everything easily swappable within a single tool. The MATRIX system is a game changer. No more rummaging through a cluttered toolbox to find the right tool for the job. With this kit, you have it all in one place. I love the case for that. Not sure what to do when I get additional attachments but I'll cross that bridge when it's time.I have to admit that I haven't had the opportunity to test every attachment thoroughly, but so far, I've used the drill/driver, impact, and jigsaw attachments, and they've all been remarkably easy to use and incredibly effective. The drill/driver powers through various tasks, from simple household projects to more complex DIY endeavours, with precision and ease. The impact driver delivers the force needed for those tougher jobs, while the jigsaw attachment has proved to be a reliable addition to my toolkit.The power and performance of the tools in this kit are outstanding. They provide a seamless transition between tasks, thanks to the quick and hassle-free attachment changes. This not only saves time but also enhances overall productivity.Edit: I purchased this on Jul 31, 2023. The main unit only stopped working on January 15, 2025. This doesn't change my rating as I am looking to either get it repaired or replaced. It is a fantastic kit and value for your money.

this Is a great system to get on sale, I got it for 130 and it was a steal for what you get, at full price it's definitely something too

Dead battery on arrival and B&D customer support says it would be 2 weeks before I get a replacement but it showed up 3 days later. I appreciate them setting low expectations and then exceeding them but I was a bit upset at first with the 2 week estimate.

This was an order of the defective product as well as the replacement which was also defective. The first one came on time. The battery fault light stayed on during the first charge. Amazon was nice enough to order a replacement and issued a return label right away. This one arrived quickly too, but also would not charge, showing a red battery fault light. Amazon offered a replacement battery, but I had lost my faith in the quality of the product and return it for a full refund. This is disappointing because I had high hopes for the replaceable tool feature, and also expected more from the Black and Decker brand.

I like black and decker tool and have several (weed eater, drill, chainsaw, leaf blower). When I saw this kind of all in one tool that uses batteries I already have, I thought I had to have it. I have not used all the attachments, but the ones I have used worked well. My one complaint is you cannot store the attachments in the case with the bits or blades installed. So every time I want to put tool away, I have to disassemble. I have lost the jigsaw blade already, which I realize is my fault, but if I could store the tools put together, it would make it easier to keep track of everything. Also with the router, you then have to setup the correct depth each time you take it out. This is not too hard, but I wouldn’t say it is easy either. There is no marking for depth, so each time is a bit of trial and error. But overall I am happy with the purchase and don’t regret it.
